Lets Lobek concentrate on course quality and academy leadership while the partnership uses one scalable platform, one technical roadmap and an existing source of traffic.

Ruben’s role: Ruben and the Lobek team lead course creation, training quality and academy operations, while supporting joint marketing and partner engagement.

05Commercial Model

A simple academy revenue partnership.

Course payments are processed through Lobek’s payment portal. Frankenstein Creations receives a 20% technical partnership share for building, hosting, maintaining and continuously improving the Skillsplash Academy platform.

All existing and future Skillsplash recruitment, employer, placement, assessment and hiring-related income remains outside this academy agreement and stays within Skillsplash’s existing business account.

The final written agreement should define settlement timing and the treatment of taxes, refunds, chargebacks and payment-processing fees.
